There was recently built a new neighborhood park in our area that had a see-saw on it. My daughter loved it and called it “teeter-totter.” A few days later, we were cooking in the kitchen, and she said, “I want to do teeter-totter!” and I was slightly confused. Later, I realized that she was referring to my garlic rocker as a teeter totter and I let her try.
I love the garlic rocker! It is so easy to do and easy to clean up. I have preferred using it over a traditional garlic press just for the ease of washing. My garlic press doesn’t always come out clean, and this garlic rocker we discovered at one of the Sur La Table cooking classes has been fantastic.
