1 1/2 cup of basmati rice 1 can (14.5oz) of coconut milk

Set the rice in the pressure cooker on SEAR/SAUTE or PRESSURE while preparing the coconut milk to start heating up and crisping the edges.

Add coconut milk.

Cook for 2 minutes on high.

Natural release for 10 minutes.
